KFC in Lakeland

Yes a KFC buffet! I didn't think they still existed. Everything was fresh and hot. Will be back

Highly upset, with the quality of the food at the buffet, poor service, and after as few hours food is supposed to be thrown out. Id say it was the oldest chicken id eaten, and I am highly upset

For greasy chicken, this is the place. That is the bad thing about fried anything!However, the crew has a lady by the name of Loida, who maintains the food and the tables superlatively well. Kudos to her.

very bad customer service. chicken is always under cooked have to ask for it to be cooked longer. Last time I ordered food from there they only gave me half of what I ordered... would not recommend this kfc to anyone. I would rather drive a longer distance to go to another kfc 😑🤮

There was an employee at the buffet who was really nice with all the customers. His name Carlos, very friendly, always cleaning tables and the area. He makes difference in the service.

Love it, I ate all the original chicken I wanted, the only thing its that they took to long to put the grill chicken.

It was really good excellent service. Great people working there. They paid attention to to what we like and took care of us .

This is the only KFC that i know of that has a buffet. It is so good. You can eat as much as you want. The prices are very affordable. Love me some KFC

Buffet had a good selection of food that taste great...

Was really hungry and wanted to grab something quick to eat. Waited 15 minutes in line... two cars in front of me.... the first car got to the window and I had to leave because I had somewhere to be... 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru and I didn’t even get to order. Disappointing service.

The buffet is really good. The price we pay with two senior discounts make it an excellent bargain. Place is clean. Food is very good. Workers smile. Only one thing keeps me from giving it five stars, the music piped in is truly awful.

Okay, buffet is what I ordered and they kept running out of stuff. The KFC's I'm used to don't have buffet style but chicken is way better than that.

I got the buffet. The chicken was old and only had wings left. They did not restock even though there was 12 people wanting fresh chicken. I sat for just under an hour waiting and the only thing they restocked was chicken livers. Drive through is fine at this location but the buffet is horrible.

Gone through the drive thru 2 days in a row and both days my orders were missing food.

Their staff interact with customers like we made them clock in and work. I just wanted some chicken. If I had to go through your horrible attitude I’d go somewhere else. It’s not my fault so don’t take it out on customers. Sorry won’t be back!

The manager, Karen is Fantastic! Super at her job and truly knows how to make the customer feel welcome. Buffet was stocked, fresh and loaded with numerous items. Clean facility.

My husband and I went here and very clearly ordered the honey BBQ wings and they gave us plain wings with a BBQ dipping sauce. Our other meal was correct, but we went specifically to get the honey bbq wings.
